Variety is the spice of life & fitness, so, whether you want to get R.I.P.P.E.D or just feel better about your body, We can help. We train women from a variety of backgrounds/conditions. My Personal Training programs have helped women get the bodies they desire after child birth and injuries, and led masters champions in both gymnastics and Squash. As a Nationally certified coach with over 30 years in the gym I guarantee you will learn how to make the changes you need to get the body you want.

We have innovative ways of getting you the cardio and resistance you need – we play games, interact with each other and have a blast. You will get to know your neighbors in this community based women only environment.
